At Shape Your Support our aim is to help our clients build life and social skills through transforming everyday activities into active teaching situations and opportunities for practice. Our 1:1 supports are aimed at supporting our clients in accessing the community to help them meet their goals.

We work together with families, care professionals and other supports to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their support and making steady progress towards their individual goals.

As we specialise in male-to-male disability support we are incredibly passionate about breaking down concepts of toxic masculinity and providing positive male role models who are dedicated to forming long-lasting and meaningful relationships with those they work with.

Meet and Greets

Finding the right match is important to us! Before commencing support with a new family we always arrange for a Meet and Greet to ensure that both support worker and client have the opportunity to meet each other and see if they are the right fit. Meet and Greets are complimentary and will always be somewhere that is comfortable for our client and their family.

Pricing

Shape Your Support works with self and plan managed NDIS participants and draws funds directly from their allocated plans. These are invoiced at NDIS rates according to their pricing guide which can be found here.

At Shape Your Support we love running group programs that give our clients the opportunity to interact with one another in a safe and supported environment whilst building meaningful friendships.

This term we currently have the following programs:

For the video game lovers! Bond with others who share your gaming interests in a supportive and structured environment! Transport available and no activity cost.

For our adult clients. Get out into the community with like-minded peers and mentors. Transport available and activity cost dependant on activity.

• Social Fridays – Fridays 9:30am-2:30pm

For our adult clients. Get out into the community with like-minded peers and mentors. Transport available and activity cost dependant on activity.

• Kickback Fridays – Fridays 4:30-6:30pm @ SYS HQ in North Geelong

For our teenaged clients (13-29 yrs). We team up with Queen Bee to provide a relaxed and fun environment for our clients to socialise! Transport available, no activity cost.

• Boys Club – Saturdays 10am – 3pm

The group sets off into the community to enjoy a range of activities aimed at engagement, practising social skills and of course, fun! Transport available, activity cost dependent on activity.

School Holiday Program

Shape Your Support offers a school holiday program for both current and new SYS clients. We provide a full range of group activities throughout the entire school holiday period, ensuring there’s something for everyone!
