Shape Your Support was founded at the start of 2020 with a simple goal – to provide impactful support for male identifying children, teens and adults. Since then the business has grown to become of the leading disability support providers in the Geelong region.
We specialise in gender-tailored disability support, creating safe, structured, and empowering environments for boys and men to thrive.
Our focus is on delivering exceptional 1:1 support and running high-impact group programs that build skills, confidence, and community.
What makes us unique? We don’t just fill shifts—we build lasting relationships and become a trusted part of our participants’ lives.
