Every school holidays Shape Your Support runs a full program of activities for our clients! With a focus on community access and social participation the Shape Your Support School Holiday Program is a great way to meet like-minded individuals, engage with the community and of course, have heaps of fun, all whilst being supported by our incredible team of male support workers!
- 1:1 and 1:2 ratios are available as well as transport upon request.
- Support is invoiced from participant’s NDIS plans at the standard NDIS rates, set in the 2025-2026 Pricing Guide.
- Activity costs associated with the activities on program must be paid out of pocket and cannot be invoiced to NDIS plans.
